These terms govern use of the TicketWave portal. If you access TicketWave through your company, your company's agreement with TicketWave applies and may add or override terms here.

Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using TicketWave, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the portal. If you are using the portal on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
Accounts and responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
- Notify your administrator if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Ensure that information you submit is accurate and up to date.
- Administrators are responsible for assigning roles and access within their company.
Ticket content and communications
- Ticket content should relate to support and service requests.
- Do not submit confidential data unless required for resolution.
- Ticket updates may be routed to support staff or vendors assigned to your company.
- Operational notifications may be sent to help resolve your request.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, abusive, or harmful activity.
- No attempts to access data outside your authorization.
- No malware, phishing, or deceptive content.
- No interference with service availability or security.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep TicketWave available, but maintenance, outages, or updates may occur. Features can change to improve performance, security, or compliance.
Privacy and data processing

Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated or if required for security or legal reasons. Your company administrator can also disable access as needed.
